Refund Policy

Donations made through DaanFlow are generally non-refundable.

1. Failed Transactions

If payment fails but amount is deducted, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Duplicate Payments

Duplicate donations may be refunded after verification.

3. NGO Responsibility

For fund misuse concerns, donors should contact the NGO directly.
